The PCM worked properly but it always take longer than stated. It is usually at your facility longer than you say and shipping time is not added to that time. I would recommend adding that shipping time to what you tell customers so it will be more accurate when we have to give a time frame to our customers. Thanks
I called for an exact part number for my vehicle and was given no just a part number but a link to the PCM I needed for the vehicle I was working on. Once ordered I was kept in the loop of the status of my order and when it was shipped out. Installed the PCM and did not have to reprogram the key fobs...the PCM recognized them both and all driveablity problems solved!
Staff was courteous but we did not receive the part when expected. Had to call back to find out that there was a delay in the programming department. A couple days later received an email stating that part was encountered for delivery. Part arrived & was installed. Seems to have fixed the problem on our truck.
Ordered a new PCM for my 2010 Mustang. The check engine light had been on for over a year and nobody had a solution (including my local Ford dealer). I installed their PCM a month ago and problem solved! So glad I chose Flagship One. They provided excellent customer service, detailed instructions, and a quality Ford part. Thanks!

We have bought many computers from them and are happy with the outcomes. But this time we were left in the dark about a computer that took 2 1/2 weeks to ship to us. We were kept in the dark, besides the one update at a time over the 2 1/2 week period and didn't even get an update until the 10th day about it being programmed.
I just ask for better communication every few days or so, even if nothing is happening. That way we are able to better communicate to our customer's.
This is second time my household ordered from Flagship. Awesome company. They always kept me up to date with the tracking for my part. Thanks everyone.

Took awhile to get my computer ( a couple weeks) however the ordering process, the emails with regular updates, etc were all very good. Also the phone rep that helped me with the order was very knowledgable and helpful. Would def order from here again and recommend to others.

Had a fried PMC. Customer service was very professional, requested the vin number and directly ordered the PMC I needed from Ford. The shipping was late, but Flagship sent me an update on my order every two to three days, so I could track my part. The packaging was very well done and had three bags around the computer and was in a box.
At first, I had to make the new PCM learn the throttle body valve. Lucky, I knew how to do it and took 10 sec, Also, the electronic skid control yellow light comes on after 15 seconds and stays on. This does not affect the operation of the vehicle and it passes inspection. I don't think I have this ESP system. Otherwise, good turn around from order to delivery, reps were good, product looked clean and in good shape. I think it is a newer part number than what I had so probably from a newer vehicle. It fixed the issue I had, a transmission code that made the transmission go into limp mode.
I will add I did not expect full plug and play. There are too many variables. I just wanted something that worked. I got what I needed.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
