Overpriced

I would never order from here again. I seriously dont know what i was thinking. $70 for 12 chocolate strawberries as thats the only thing they delivered in my area. Looked nothing like the picture and didnt show up on the right day. Incredibly annoyed.

Worst site EVER

Fruitbouquets.com is the absolute biggest scam with the absolute WORST customer service and delivery service i have EVER dealt with. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered
Strawberries to be delivered to my mother in law for mother's day. Not only did it take multiple attempts and phone calls just to get the order in, but they never delivered! They sent me an email confirming the delivery was complete, and it was a blatant lie. We checked our security footage and no delivery van even passed her house. After i informed them, they said they would redeliver and give me a 20% coupon for my next order. (As if id ever put myself through this again!) But the kicker... they AGAIN confirmed the 2nd delivery was complete, and it was another LIE! After 2 attempts to get my mother in law her gift, i gave up and asked for a full refund. They said they would refund 50% of the purchase. How in the world they think i should be responsible for wasting 50% of the purchase price is beyond me.

I joined Groupon. Paid $20 for FruitBouquets. I noticed Sherries Berries was on the same page. I was having trouble entering my Groupon. So I called Sherries Berries if I can use a Groupon on Sherrie Berries if I bought it under FruitBouquets. Leann who worked for Sherrie Berries said can I take your order over the phone. I said will there be a extra charge. She said no! So I proceeded with my order. It was a stressful call and taking so much time. To get my order right I understood. She told me my total was $20. She called me back sId there was a clitch they charged my card $288. The agent who called me was like I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I was seeing RED! I live pay check to paycheck. It's Easter weekend And I need to live off my check for the next two weeks. I was told I couldn't get my money back for 7-10 days. I was like NO! I want my Money today. I got hung up. Nobody called me back. Disgrace! I woke up in a good mood. Wanted to send my sister and her family something nice for Easter. I'm on break and my Dau off was wasted on the phone! Being over charged. My order they never offered to send for free. Due to the nightmare! I cancelled my order. Never got an e-mail confirming it was! I posted my nightmare on Facebook. I hope I save one person from ordering from Sherries Berries or FruitBouquets. Same company! It's Good Friday. I should be in church. But! Dealing with this mess! I do request Groupon. But! Not this company

I placed an order on a Sunday for a birthday delivery the following Tuesday, plenty of time you would think. I even set up an account to get delivery updates. Well, today is the day and no updates. So I called and they couldn't find the order. But my credit card was charged. When I asked them if they could deliver it today, they said they could not and on top of it, I needed to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction. They are terrible. I picked up the phone and placed an order with Ediblearrangements for same day, with the same price I would have paid, and it is being delivered no problems. Save yourself the aggravation and skip with company.

I ordered sweetheart fruit basket at 9:30am contacted customer service twice to make sure my delivery would be there before the business closed, was told yes twice! One time being 2:30pm the customer service guy stated it was just perpared and on it's way! 4pm comes around and the basket was still not recieved! So I call customer service yet again to be told they "claimed" the attempted the delivery at 10:45am which was not the case! There was 3 people at the business all day. There were no missed calls on the person whom was recieving the basket! Not to mention when I spoke to the customer service representative at 2:30pm he said NOTHING about it being attempted at 10:45! He said it was just on its way! I am VERY disappointed in the service that was not provided! In fact, I had to contact the passport delivery option to cancel my membership because if this is how business is done, I dont want no part of ever ordering and having this disappointment again!

Customer service sucks!

I called them a couple times and their representatives were horrible at getting my issue resolved. I don't think ill be ordering from these people again. The fruit bouquets are wonderful but the way their customer service representatives are set up, that'll stop me from spending my money. SMH!

Made a Valentine order, and informed the day expected to be received that the order was not arriving. When I called to cancel, I was told that they were not allowing cancellations. This was a surprise Valentine day present, that I do not need the day after Valentine's. Poor costumer service. Unreliable company

Horrible

Ordered was never received and called several times and they could not tell me why and said they could only send an email to the delivery company. Each time I called they said they had no information and finally allowed me to talk to a supervisor who reordered my order. It still has not been delivered two days late and they offered me a 20 dollar certificate to use next time and I told them I would never use them again. Very disappointing.

100% frown guarantee

They do not stand behind their 100% smile guarantee.I purchased Celebrate the Day Fruit Arrangement for a Birthday in September with the addition of a mylar balloon. It was delivered and when I asked how it was the recipient said she was surprised it was something I sent because the item delivered was not of quality I usually gift. I was embarrassed. It did not come with the balloon purchased and paid for nor did it come in the melamine container depicted. It was in a cardboard container with kale.I tried to resolve the issue with 1800 Flowers and after numerous emails back and forth they have not stood by their 100% smile guarantee. I am going back to Edible Arrangements. They are tried and true and haven't let me down in the 5+ years I've used them.
