Poor arrangements

I used this service for my Sister Birthday the arrangement was horrible. The work was tacky. I called they were supposed to do a replacement the next week, I had to call back this past Saturday because it never was sent. It was supposed to be delivered by 11 today and it was not. Please do not use this service
HORRIBLE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I order this for Father's Day and I didn't mind the price when I first ordered, but now I do mind! It looks nothing like in the picture, the pineapple looks old and definitely not the same amount of fruits.

I ordered a bouquet and within 10 minutes needed to cancel the order. The representative refused to cancel it, instead offering me discounts. I stated the company policy for cancellations that was online and she is still refusing to process the cancelation. The representative "Margie" refused to give me a supervisor and contradicted herself multiple times throughout the call. I can not believe that a company with customer service this poor is still in business.

My friends sent me a get well bouquet of fruit and I am sure it was expensive. The fruit was dry and rotten I would not recommend this place very disappointed

Purchased this as a gift for my mother in law and was horrified when she sent me a picture and told me the fruits tasted old and stale! Not only that but the first bouquet wasn't as pictured (it was missing the chocolate covered fruits). Customer service was quick to send a new one and the replacement bouquet was better and edible. Still, I was embarrassed by the situation and will probably not order from here again.

Delivery was delayed a bit because of the protesting in NYC. But they delivered as promised. Customer service rep Raynaldo was professional and offered empathy about product delay. I was NOT impressed with the presentation of the fruit bouquet. The apple were not covered with chocolate and the bouquet was missing the grapes also. See photos attached.

Not happy customer

The person it was delivered to wasn't too happy and I'm very disappointed with how much i paid for little strawberries dipped in choc. It just wasn't worth my hard earned working money. I'm so unhappy want order again from this company. So sad what a rip off and lost of good money in a time like this. I demand my money back

Erroneously thought I was ordering from Edible Arrangements. Ordered at 1:12 pm - paid for same day delivery. Order wasn't delivered until the next day. Fruit decent... not cold. Paid $84 - $30 more for less quality

SInce I can't see my grandchildren during this lock down. I wanted to send something but not candy.
My daughter-in-law immediately facetimed showing the 3 grandkids chomping on pineaplpe flowers and chocolate apples... She stated the fruit was delicious and the delivery guy was fun and kind... a perfect gift for any occasion

The worst scammers

I was double charged for my order and I called customer service and told me that in my bank it's two charges because if some soft charge. It's is the worst service ever! Don't buy from this third party if you need a delivery for your edibles fruit do it straight from the company..

Big disappointment

Save yourself from aggravation, don't order from this site. I ordered and they charge a hefty shipping charge to deliver it to my mother in laws for her birthday. And their tracking order site does not work and when I called the customer service she called the cafe where they got it and said it's gonna be delivered tomorrow. Just like that they could have said from the very beginning they won't be able to deliver it on that day. Oh well, never again.

Ordered a lovely fruit arrangement early and it never moved. Called about 1 pm and was told they were putting it on the truck... called at 5 pm.and was told they have until 8 pm to deliver... what is the point of paying extra if the extra is for naught?

Ask to speak with manager 2nd time I called because 1st time rude agent hangs up on me. They charge my account 2x. My bouquet was delivered and paid for yet another $80.03 charge is still pending.

I ordered The Floral Embrace and Dipped Strawberries for my Aunties birthday and had them delivered on 5/18/2020. When she sent me the picture I was very disappointed in the flowers, and there was no strawberries just a box of chocolates i didn't even order. Very disappointed and I will never order again.

Wrong order

I ordered a fruit bouquet that I guess was out of stock but I was never notified. The company decided to fill order with what THEY wanted. They didn't contact me and ask if I wanted to cancel and get my money back or even contact me on what other options I could of had delivered for my mom. It was unprofessional of fruitbouquets.com
