I ordered a Simply Chocolate Celebrate Spring Gift Basket for my daughter for Mothers Day. It looked really nice and full. Ordered on Tuesday for a Friday delivery. Friday comes and goes, no delivery. After sending emails I found out it was delivered but on Thursday. Son in law got the package and thought it was the book he ordered. Really, in a box just a little bigger than a hard cover book? No nice wrapping like you see on the website, no knock on the door, no confirmation email like they're suppose to do. Seriously, send a gift card and skip this junk.
Loic showed 3 chocolate covered hearts and came with 2. Did not compare anywhere near the products from Edible Arrangements! First and last time I would order from Fruit Bouquets!

My mother sent me a mothers day gift. It was absolutely horrible. She paid for the biggest basket. The fruit was on one side of the basket. They gave me 3 chocolate covered strawberries 2 chocolate 3 chocolate covered pineapples. 2 small grapes on each of three sticks. It was just a horrible presentation. They gave me the rind of the cantaloupe and honey dew melon. Then they didn't include my ballon and the note was hand written on a piece of white paper like my kindergarten son wrote it. Smh. It was horrible. Amd delivered almost 9oclock at night. Im a full time nurse. And after working for 26hrs straight coming home to my kids and gifts that was a blessing within itself but to know that my mother spent a decent amount of money for something special for her baby girl and this was the product its horrible and disgraceful! I would not recommend this company to anyone at all!
I ordered choclolates, balloons, A Mother's Love flower boquet, and a nice card for Mother's Day. My Mom did not even get her card or balloon. The delivery date I was told was different then when it was actually delivered as well. Too expensive for the products and customer service you receive.
Everything was great, ordering was easy and same day safe delivery, went great. Then best part was my 84 year old mother was tickled to receive it and said it was delicious.
The flowers and the chocolate covered strawberries arrived on the morning of 5-5-2020, when they were supposed to be here. I found one of the roses from the bouquet in the street in front of my house, no leaves and the stem was kinked and broken. Some of the flowers in the vase were already drooping. I did not order this type of quality of product and I now have to go out and buy my wife another bouquet for mother's day. I was very disappointed with this service and product. I also don't know why the photo I attached was flipped around when I saved it to this review.
There was not the same amount of fruit in the gift as was in the advertisement... the fruit was also old/damaged...
Unable to deliver to Racine, Wi. Used another vender, Simply Chocolate. Candy bag was sliced open. Problem was rectified with a different box of chocolate. Thank you for your efficient, fast response.
I sent a fruit bouquet to my best friend for her birthday, it was horrible. I was so embarrassed when she sent me a pic of it and said ty. Plus no balloon. Pic of what I got and what was ordered.

While it was great to have same day delivery, I showed that edible arrangements dropped off my order to 1800 flowers for delivery at approx. 10:30am. It was not delivered until after 6pm. I have no idea what it looked like upon delivery and hope that the fruit was refrigerated and held out to show the sunny faces of the pineapples which was meant to brighten a child's face. I tried to call 1800flowers at about 5pm and held for 27 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call the Edible Arrangements store in Hayward at approx 6pm and got no answer yet the machine that picked up said they were open until 7pm. I was not able to leave a message. I've had to deal with many businesses customer service over the last couple of months as we've been home-bound due to the virus and ALL, with exception here, have been reachable. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service which means EVERYTHING in a sale to me! I would not recommend this product which is a shame as it is unique in its market.
I unfortunately waited to the last minute because of course, this is a task, she would normally do but nevertheless, you saved the day. I placed a same day order and although it was late in the evening, she was still very surprised and it made her day, which is all I wanted. So, thank you!
Let me first start off by saying this company is running a scam. I placed my online order 3 days prior to the delivery date & I noticed there was a double charge to my account! Customer service was near impossible to get ahold of. Long wait times, dropped phone calls, and evasive answers. Basically if you get lucky enough to get a hold of an actual person, customer service is extremely vague and unprofessional! The guy on the phone told me i was unable to cancel my order because their vendor had "confirmed" my order thus validating the double charge. Once i asked to explain why they double charge people, he kept repeating that the second charge is a "valid charge" and would drop off in 3-5 business days and told me to call my bank. I then asked what their vendor was and he was unable to disclose that information to me. How is that even legal. Such practices are appalling and I wish i had never ordered from them and i hope that this review will ruin their reputation and expose the con artists that they are. Do not at all costs order from them unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. I never in my life had taken the time to write a review like this but the people have the right to know.
It was for my aunt 75th birthday and she loved it, specially now that no one was there to sing happy birthday.

I was a little disappointed in how it looked, but my brother and sister-in-law said it tasted delicious. They also said that my little nephews were practically clawing at the package to get to the fruit and that everyone was satisfied with the flavors. I'm happy to hear that - we just wanted to make sure they had a happy anniversary and a gift everyone could share while social distancing.
I was able to customize the delivery date for a Sunday. I was in the loop on the production and delivery. My friend sent me a picture and I thought it could have had more of the gaps filled in, other than that satisfied with this service. Happy to brighten someones day with a surprise like this.
Did not look anything like the picture, I understand that the flowers can vary however it was scant, there was no composition, looked rushed, looked old and was downright ugly. Very disappointing.
Everything was great. I was having problems with tracking my order and their help chat in Facebook responded swiftly and was able to help. Will be using again.
I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries on April 5th, and paid extra for shipping, to be delivered to my daughter on April 11 for an Easter gift. They didn't arrive until April 14, were 3 days late, the chocolate was falling off of the strawberries and the strawberries were overripe after sitting in the FedEx warehouse for 3 days! The product received is shown in the photo below. You can see how terrible it is!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
