This order placed on April 09,2020 with delivery date of April 11 (April 12 as contingency) was intended to be for Easter Sunday (04/12/2020) dessert. Unfortunately, the arrangement arrived TWO days later and not even similar to edible fruit arrangement that was ordered (including the extra paid balloon). There was no anticipation this would be late. We are not even sure how much will they be charging!

I do not know how it was, since the deliverer just left it on my neighbor's porch... and left. I didn't get to see it. It looked a lot smaller than the one that I had ordered which was not the smaller basket but the larger one.

I ordered from them and requested a day on the weekend, the website prompted me to do the Friday before. Because why not? I ordered a beautiful fruit and chocolate bouquet. Holy crap, my 7 year old could have done a better job. And to top it off, i was charged twice. I was sending my son's teacher, who has been helping with all of the homeschooling stuff, a nice gift. Ended up being an extremely expensive science project gone wrong.

Extremly disappoined withbthe fruit bouquet, does not look anything like the website photo and it didn't have more than 10 pieces of fruit in a large head of kale.
I know it's not the most expensive but total bill with ridiculous service fee was $58.83. Just not good.

Anniversary Gift

I purchased this for my parents for their 58th Wedding Anniversary. I was concerned due to COVID-19 whether it would arrive on time. The delivery driver was incredible, although he had difficulty with the address. He persisted and got it there on my parent's special day. They loved it!

Messed up first order didn't add the items I paid extra for. Spoke with them the same day and they sent out another one for the messed up on (which this one was worst) still didn't put the things I paid extra for and on top of that the fruit was mushy, falling off skewers, and rotting...

Poor customer service

I spoke with Mary whom is a supervisor for this company her employee number #******* because her representative provided the wrong information about the groupons for the bouquets. I was on the phone with him and I had just only the 1 Groupon for $15 I purchased and it was a value of $30. I ask him on the phone since my total was so high if I could purchase another one and redeem it on the same order and he said yes. While I'm purchasing another one he is on the phone waiting I provide him with both and then tells me he's sorry and that I'm going to have to call Groupon to request a refund. ME! Because he was incorrect. I was already on the phone with this man 20 minutes going through the whole order and last minute tells me he can't do it. I'm like okay can I speak to a manager and he transfers me to Mary. She gets on the phone offering no resolution once so ever other then she talk with him and that I'm going to have to contact Groupon. So I am waiting for a call back from there managers because this is just ridiculous now I didn't purchase anything and going to have to request a refund from Groupon for both because now I don't want provide any business to this company! I'll update if I ever receive a phone call from upper management because you know how they get they never really care so well see.

Delivery late

I wanted a delivery on the day BEFORE it was actually delivered. It was for my cousin who was leaving for vacation. I wanted it on the day before she left, but it came on the day she left! Why even ask for the delivery date preference when they don't even listen!

Worst service ever

Placed an order on the 28th that was supposed to delivered on the 29th. On the 29th around 1:00pm started trying to verify my order online. After several failed attempts I placed a call to check the status, representative kept placing me on hold, finally came back with a status that my order was not going to be delivered saying that there was a problem with the delivery person, as if that was my problem. Stating the earliest it could be delivered would be Monday 1st if March. I get things happen and would have been ok with tha if they had called me or emailed me to let me know there was a problem. Then the rep wanted to keep repeating the status and my option after I told her to cancel. I hate when businesses don't do their due diligence and when they are called on poor service try to do a double talk and want to try to sell me on bad service...

I placed an order on 2/20/20 and was told that it would be delivered the same day by 8pm. I never received anything! When I called customer service they lied and said that they attempted to deliver that morning which was a complete lie because I have house cameras and NO ONE CAME! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! I was also told that they would "redeliver today between the hours of 2-3pm. Guess what? Yep, NO DELIVERY STILL! All that money spent and no product? No way, then I was told that i would get 50% refund. No thank you! I want it all because you didnt charge me half for the arrangement I ordered. A complete mess! Don't waste your time nor money.
