Late delivery

Ordered a valentine fruit cup for my daughter. After placing order I got an email saying it was not available but they were upgrading to something bigger. Supposed to be delivered on Monday, it was delivered on Tuesday.

Looks like I'm not alone in regards to company not delivering chocolate covered strawberries! I placed an order on January 25th for delivery on February 13th. February 13th came and went... I called on the 14th and they promised it would be delivered by 8 pm. February 14th came and went then I called back and they promised that it would be delivered on February 15th. Suffice it to say - still no strawberries and they had the nerve to say they would place the order again? Seriously, after 3 times you think something is going to change. Either this company doesn't have it's act together or their local vendors don't want to work with them! It's time for the parent company to get involved as I have never had t his problem with any of the other outfits.

Order chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day was supposed to be delivered to my job never came called and they was like oh we can deliver it the next day which my job would be closed and it was for a party. Then the shop calls and say sorry my driver had a flat tire can we deliver to your home address for me to give them the home address and for her to say oh we don't deliver out that way have a good day very un professional and I have to wait a whole week for a refund. Will stick with Edible arrangements next time

Ordered a valentines fruit bouquet, for $59 I really expected better quality, what I got was more kale, very little fruit, and the chocolate on the strawberries and pineapple were melted! Total waste of $59! Seriously don't bother, you'll be very disappointed!

Don't waste your time!

They don't have any local suppliers so the only thing I can order are strawberries that will cost $5 a piece by the time I add the shipping. I live in Wilmington Delaware not the middle of the desert! I bought a Groupon and that worked if I want to pay $5 for each strawberry. Where do they deliver fruit if not in the Philadelphia area? Customer service was as helpful as they could be from such a far distance and all the phone numbers listed go to the same call center. Don't expect to speak with anyone in the USA who can really answer you questions. The website doesn't even tell you they can't deliver to your area it just spun in circles when I placed the order. Don't waste your time and money with this company! Now to see if I can get my money back from the groupons I purchased!

Unsatisfactory

I ordered my bouquet on Sunday, to get delivered Monday. (They advertise same day drive very so this seemed to be no problem than.) It is now Tuesday 1:42pm eastern, and has yet to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. The track my order option has yet to work, and when I call the robotic customer service assistants people talk like robots. Oh, was also charged 3 times. A refund is due.

I placed an order months ago but never arrived. I gave them a second chance and they sent the wrong arrangement, i order a fruit arrangement and they sent a happy birthday one only strawberries, terrible experience. I'll never going to order again.

I placed an order on October 30th to be delivered on October 31st and here we are four days later and they still have not delivered the item even they charged my credit for the item. I called and spoke to 9 different people at the company (customer service) and all they kept saying was they were sorry. They kept telling me that they would make another attempt still no delivery, now they are telling me that the item is not available (keep in mind this order was placed four days ago) on October 30th no one told me that the item was not available. I will never use this company again and I am sorry I chose to use them in the first place.

Awful experience

This business is dealing with fresh fruit. You'd think they would have s delivery service that would expedite that type of delivery first or early in the day. They delivered to a location where the recipient had already left for the day at around 5 so no one could have enjoyed it. So disappointing! As it was a birthday! They need to research their delivery process!

Brought smiles to family

I sent a Sympathy Bouquet for my long distance family for a memorial luncheon for my Uncle, It arrived on time and I am confident family & friends will enjoy. The only thing I wish I would have remembered to add to the bouquet was a white pineapple dove. I have previously ordered this same bouquet that included a white dove but after ordering did not see one. That dove adds such a special touch to the Sympathy Bouquet families have loved them.

These were ordered for my daughter's birthday. She absolutely loves chocolate covered strawberries. I was thrilled I was able to send them to her. The order was not inexpensive be any means. They were delivered when promised, unfortunately that is the only thing that was a positive! They arrived with a thawed out ice pack. Strawberries were mushy, chocolate coating was also pretty much disintegrated. A huge disappointment! I'll be calling customer service. Definitely not worth the cost! Do not order from this company.
