Quick, Easy, AFFORDABLE!
The first time I tried to order the final price jumped from $55.99 to over $80 including the handling fee. When I checked my email, it showed that I had to order from the email message sent to me in order to get the 20% discount offered when first logging on to your site. Now the price is 71. If I had not been paying attention I would have ordered this paying the extra amount thinking that I was getting a 20% discount. Your website needs updating that you must use link from email to obtain 20% discount.
I thought that it was really small for the price. It was beautiful but too small.
Costs are too high. Strange, I put in the information twice, one with the discount and one with no discount and the end price was the same. However the arrangement was delivered on rime and is very beautiful!

I was surprised to actually see the bouquet of balloons! They were fewer than anticipated! The small flower arrangement was sweet but not expected! Nonetheless, she loved them for a day! They deflated rather fast!

The recipient took a picture of the flowers she received. Even though the name of the flower bouquet was roses and lilies, there were no lilies. There appeared to be 3 or 4 roses, and some of the other small flowers shown in the picture, but a lot of green. I could have gotten the same thing at A grocery store for under $10. It was very disappointing.

The service was great...but when we received the flowers,...for the price I paid, the flowers should have been more. I could have paid half the price elsewhere for such a small bouquet of flowers!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
