I know I didn't order expensive flowers but the bouquet that was sent was VERY small and petite. The roses looked like it was premature. The rest of the flowers as well were not of adequate size. The colors were pretty though and they were fresh.

Got delivered, flowers were beautiful, no complaints.
The flowers received were not the flowers listed for the arrangement. The Local florist made a substitution and made the arrangement with only two types of flowers, versus the three. When these substitutions happen, I recommend that the customer be contacted to be made aware.
My shopping experience so far has been great... now, let's see if the flowers get delivered within the next 4 hours! If so, you can bet I'll recommend you... If not, you can bet I won't!
The flowers did get delivered as promised. The recipient I loved them! I believeyour prices are a little high, so I don't know if I will order from you again.

Forgot a balloon I paid for but I contacted them and was told I will be getting a refund.
When there was an issue, customer service was quick to correct or inform. Flowers did not look as advertised
