Honestly the flowers where good and delivery was good the price of service/handling is what killed me! I've used tons of sires to order flowers as I travel extensively for work but this by far was the most expensive

My order was delivered to the wrong town, thankfully an executive of the business was headed to the recipient's town and brought the flowers with him. Receiving the email that asked me to confirm or deny that I had gotten my order a day after I made the purchase had me worried at first because I had chosen a delivery date a week later in the month. The customer service I received after contacting fromyouflowers was done in a timely matter and the information I was given eased my mind that the product would be delivered when I had requested.

Ordered the Sugar Plum bouquet with pink and white flowers, and instead I got pink flowers with a darker pink flowers, not what was pictured. I did call customer service and had a very nice lady who told me they may have substituted the white flowers for the darker pink and offered me a $** gift card for my troubles.
The flowers themselves were beautiful and the receiver was thrilled BUT we paid extra for before noon delivery and they came around 2:30pm - we wanted them delivered in the classroom while the kids were still there. Also even though we did not send an actual 'card' we did include a message and it wasn't included. When we contacted our daughter she had to ask us if we sent the flowers. Anyway the flower 'cake' itself was much appreciated and so unique and lovely. We can live with the late delivery and no card but were disappointed in those 2 issues only, not at all in the flower arrangement itself.
I've already spoken to Customer Service and they resolved my issue.
I was displeased to find that after all was said and done, only then was I able to see the handling fee. Which made it expensive enough I can't afford it. But am paying it anyways due to the circumstances. I won't be getting flowers delivered through this sight again.
Usually order from you, but tried another company which completely stiffed me. So happy to return to you.

Kind of weird because the discount kept changing. In the end, it was OK, but I still think $**.** is too much for delivery. I wanted to order 5 arrangements, but am not willing to pay $** for delivery alone.

The flowers were beautiful and I don't think this is from you flowers fault I think it was the florists fault. First of all I paid extra for shipping to get there the day of, and they called me they didn't get delivered, but they did credit my account. When the shipment arrived it was missing the teddy bear, which was the purpose of the gift as it was for a child. I called and again GREAT customer service. I know it was the florists fault, and Sean went above and beyond and was very nice even with my upset attitude on the other end. Great customer service and they do aim to please just not satisfied with the florist they used

Beautiful arrangements to pick from. But don't like having to pay $*.** fee for early delivery...when delivery is four days away.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
