The flowers were beautiful and I don't think this is from you flowers fault I think it was the florists fault. First of all I paid extra for shipping to get there the day of, and they called me they didn't get delivered, but they did credit my account. When the shipment arrived it was missing the teddy bear, which was the purpose of the gift as it was for a child. I called and again GREAT customer service. I know it was the florists fault, and Sean went above and beyond and was very nice even with my upset attitude on the other end. Great customer service and they do aim to please just not satisfied with the florist they used

I think it's a bit pricey and the Service/Handling Fee should be known before exiting check-out.
Otherwise everything else was perfect. The flowers were delivered timely, they were fresh and gorgeous as in the photo and my friend was thrilled!

Would be nice to know the additional handling charge BEFORE getting to the payment page. Don't like finding out it cost almost half of what the order is to get it delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
