This was my first experience ordering flowers online and I was a bit skeptical since I am used to seeing the arrangement when I purchase it/before I gift it. I placed my order for the "love is in the air" arrangement (deluxe/mid-level)on a Sunday evening and the flowers arrived the next night in excellent condition and (she) was blown away by the surprise! Easy and quick ability to get a gift basket, however, I was not able to get the delivery I wanted until the end. I changed it then, to a later delivery in the day, but still got billed for the quick delivery in the morning. So a bit confusing on the delivery and felt a bit manipulative.
XWhen I read the ad and it asked if I wanted a basket or vase I thought I was getting a funeral basket. I was embarrassed to see how small the order was. If I could have seen the order I would have purchased a more expensive funeral basket.
Since I had the bouquet sent out of state, I can't know for sure how it is, but the recipient said they were very nice. If they came from Herman's Flowers in Great Falls, I'm sure they were as they are excellent, have fresh flowers and do nice arrangements.

We ordered flowers on Dec 21,2013@ 9 am for same day delivery and paid for same day delivery. The flowers were delivered 13 days later on Jan 3,2014! The flowers were only delivered after many phone calls and emails on our end trying to get them delivered to our friend that had surgery. We are still waiting for the refund we were promised in one of the phone calls. This is not our first bad experience with this company but it will be our last. Call some one else or better yet look up a local florist on the internet and call them directly. Much more effective. Thanks.

fromyouflowers.com was unable to deliver flowers on the date requested due to local florist availability. They called me and offered a free upgrade and the flowers were delivered the next day with a note of apology.
