I ordered through another online flower service and I was under the impression the order would be delivered the next day. The next I get a phone call saying the shop that was supposed to deliver my order "closed early" and wasn't going to make it that day. They wanted to give me a 10% discount and I just cancelled the order after they didn't want to waive the handling fee for me. I went to fromyouflowers.com, found something almost exactly the same and $**.** cheaper. After I placed the order it was delivered 3-4 hours later THAT DAY. THANK YOU!
Service was better than expected
I ordered a planter with cut flowers and had it delivered to a hospital. Then found the patient had been released, and fromyouflowers took my call, and delivered the flowers to the patients home. I was thankful, and so was the recepient. I had speedy delivery, and an excellent flower arrangement. I would buy there again without even thinking about it.

The website was amazing simple, offering me the options I had hoped for - balloons, a teddy bear, etc. The price of the balloons seemed a bit high for what I was getting, but the convenience was great. The price for shipping and handling was acceptable. The flowers arrived in time, even after a mishap where the balloons flew away on the first delivery attempt. Well recommended.

I ordered these on Friday morning in the Uk to be delivered in Honolulu on the Saturday and they arrived by lunchtime and were lovely. Thank you for making it so easy to send flowers halfway round the world to my son and his wife just after their left us.

The problem was that the local florist substituted a different plant container and arrangement and the balloon was missing.
I contacted customer service and a representative was very helpful in resolving the problem. However I was disappointed that the arrangement I had picked out was not the one delivered. Perhaps a substitution policy should be more clearly communicated on your web site.
