I was not expecting a large shipping fee. It should be mentioned earlier but I am not too surprised. I've never ordered flowers before and I'm glad you do same day delivery! Will definitely use from your flowers again when I want to send flowers! The flowers arrived earlier than excite red and they were in great condition! The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other sites!
Flowers arrived at 630 pm 1/2 hr after time expected- flowers arrived with no baloon and had to have baloon delivered next day- this is unacceptable- I have ordered from other sites and never had this issue- i will never order from your site- i would recommend a different florist in the deland area to do your flowers - i had to call customer service 3 times regarding this order the first associate was nice the second was very indifferent- didnt care that we were not satisfied- the 3rd i basically told off due to the shoddy service from the florist.
Quick easy lots of selections and most important no hidden charges like some other sites.

The arrangement was MUCH smaller, it was NOT worth the premium price; it wasn't what was described in online picture; instead of pink roses, they used creme. I
Selected this arrangement for the "pink" roses.
In addition, the card was handwritten with spelling errors and poor penmanship. I specifically called FYF and asked that someone with legible handwriting sign the card as I experienced a similar instance with my last flower order.
FYF should opt for print instead of handwritten messages as their competitor does.
Overall, I was not satisfied with this arrangement or delivery service!
Flowers were sent to my step-mother. My father reported that they arrived at 2:30 today, Texas time. He said the flowers were beautiful and the candy was yummy.
This was the FIRST time I used this floral delivery service. The ordering was easy. I selected SAME DAY service with the "expedited" option for an xtra $*.** so order would be delivered within 3-4 hours.
Unfortunately, this did NOT happen. I received an apologetic email 1 hour after I placed the order saying they were UNABLE to deliver within that time frame. I had to call customer service to get a refund for the $*.**. In addition, I had to email the service TWICE regarding the delivery time of my order, as I NEVER received confirmation that the florist EVER received the order. I finally got a rep on the phone who followed up for me reassuring me the order was on the way. After. 5 hours I got an email saying my order was delivered. This company needs to work on more effective email / text communication for its clients in the tracking of ones order progress and delivery. Much time was wasted emailing and calling their toll free number.

Recipient would not have known her flowers arrived if it wasn't for a visitor. The flowers were placed at the front door in a vase. The cold weather could have killed them. Deliverer did not knock on the door or rang the doorbell. Other than delivery; completely satisfied.

Flowers are being sent to a separate address. I will not know how order was received until I hear from them. Order was received in perfect timing.
Service Charge should be upfront. Knew there would be a charge, but it would be nice to know how much before getting to the very last screen.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
