Simple and hassle free
It was really easy but very expensive. I backed out before paying, but then they emailed me and offered free shipping so I went back online and placed the order. Someone called me to let me know that no one in the area had the Sunflowers I ordered and something else would be arranged. I said ok. Later I found out that the flowers were not delivered. Instead the florist called my sister and told her the driver was gone for the day and that she had to come by and pick them up. The whole purpose was for her to get them at work. She didn't get them at work AND she had to go pick them up herself? The arrangement was ok, but it wasn't nearly as nice as the one I picked online. I will not do this again. $** for a very small bouquet of daisies that did not get delivered. Such a waste.
17 dollars is way too much for delivery... I don't have time to use another company. Seems like your company snuck that in at the end of the order...
Also I ordered Peruviian lilys, which last a long time, but half the bulbs were not open yet. The flowers looked nothing like the photo online. My mom sent me a pic.

I was delighted with every aspect of this experience. My only concern and disappointment, the flowers my sister received were not as many or as varied as the picture we ordered from on line. My sister sent me a picture of what she received, I am very disappointed in the amount and lack of size compared to the on line description.

The item arrived the same day, but after the noon deadline I had paid extra for.
ORDER WAS DELIVERED TWO DAYS LATE, THE RECIPIENT DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED (IT WAS SUBSTITUTED).
The handling fee got me! Also paid extra to expedite my order by noon but it arrived after noon. I was sent a confirmation email notifying me my order was delivered. When I called costumer service, I was informed that the email was an error and that my order was still in the process of being delivered by another florist other than the original florist. He said he will refund my expedite fee back to my credit card and that I should expect another email confirmation stating the accurate delivery which I never received. So unprofessional.
The arrangement seemed very small in comparison to what the picture showed.
I paid for same day service, which didn't happen. I am supposedly getting that fee returned to my credit card.
I requested that the flowers be delivered later in the day, on the following day, preferably bet. 5-6pm. When the recipient arrived home at 4 they were already there.
The people I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and accommodating.
It would have been helpful to be able to talk to someone from the shop that was making the arrangement and delivering it.

The order was quick and easy to make but the time it took to deliver was longer than expected and the item requested was changed since they didn't have the bouquet I wanted. Customer service was good and I would probably order from them again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
