Not happy at all. Two days after delivery date. And i didnt like the flowers
Did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered the Euopean arrangement because I wanted something with sunflowers. The arrangement was a day late and When I received it, it wasn't even close to the one I had ordered. Not a single sunflower to be found. Actually I don't think there was a single similarity to the one I ordered. They give you dozens and dozens of arrangements to choose from, but why bother if their just going to make it up as they go anyway?There was a note of apology, but what good is that when you don't receive the product you ordered? I will not be using this service again. Two thumbs down.
It all so far worked out fine. When it gets there will be the final judge.

I wanted to use a discount card that I received in the mail. I entered the "bar code" number and it was refused. So I missed out on $*.**. I also tried to enter the e-mail address on the card but received a page with a bunch of other merchant adds.
I also think that $**.** handling charge is a bit much.

If there was no star to give, I'd give that. Promised delivery and Guarantee are not words that this company live by. Trying to talk to a supervisor there, is also taxing. I'm waiting for a full refund that they promised me at this point. Really, HORRIBLE customer service as they just give you empty promises. You're making a mistake if you go with this company for flowers.
