I didn't realize there was a $**.** Service/Handling Charge until after I placed the order. Did I oversee it or what? I don't know, but this charge needs to be in full view before or during the ordering process. I didn't even notice it until it was time to pay. It should advertise in big bold letters "FLOWERS PLUS $**.** for DELIVERY. Extra charge of $*.** to be added on same day delivery." This is clear to me! Every thing else was good- Just the way it's advertised needs to be Clear Cut, Upfront and Bold. It's the best way to reflect yourself as a honest, reputable company with everything laid out and summed up to read fast and clearly to the public who are placing orders. Seemed quite timely, but the "business delivery hours" seem too short. I mean, who really ends work at 5 pm any more? Plus, my order was going to a theater on Broadway, and at 5 pm their work is just starting!
