I ordered a lavender and white arrangement, which showed lavender roses. I ordered this particular arrangement, because purple is her favorite color. When I spoke to her after she received her flowers, she said they were primarily white, with PINK roses and a little bit of purple floweres in it. I was very satisfied with the price and ease of the website and delivery time. My only complaint is the flowers shouldn't have been PINK, when I ordered LAVENDER.
I don't know how to rate this I haven't seen the flowers yet. Send me something after you deliver and we'll see if that changes.
The size of the bouquet for the price I paid was a ripoff. If this was a deluxe, I would hate to see how small a regular is.

I liked the overall shopping experience. I feel that the prices are high for what I'm getting. Especially if I order early in the day and they charge me almost $** for delivery to be the same day. I think that is ridiculous! Besides that additional price, I was fairly satisfied.
I thought the flowers that were sent to Rebecca P would have been in a tea cup, not the hugh mug you sent. I was disappointed in that.

The experience was easy, the only problem was I ordered and paid for next day by noon and was called at 10:30 am to say they couldnt do it due to a large funeral but would refund the additional $*.** I paid for that service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
