GREAT!

Fast and cheap

I needed flowers for a service. I randomly selected from your flowers and I have been so pleased they did not have what I selected but they called me explained what they did have asked if it was acceptable.i was quit impressed. When the flowers arrived they were perfect. I will defintly be ordering from here again

It's my 2nd time ordering now and it was a good service so far!

Everything went great, the delivery was on time and was a big surprise to our Daughter, she was very happy.

The flowers received, in my opinion, were disappointing for the amount paid.

Quick, easy, great selection

I was charged for same day delivery. I understood the delivery would be made by 12 noon, however, the flowers were not received until 3:00. I did not have a problem paying the additional delivery fee, but thought it was an unnecessary add-on.

Some of the survey questions indicated that I received the item but in fact we sent flowers to our niece in another state. However, actual product responses were based on feedback from her. The ordering, communication, delivery time and flowers were excellent. Would not hesitate to use this vendor again. Very pleased

Once it's delivered on time and if the person who receives it likes it, then I would choose 5 stars.

The flowers I ordered for a friend's birthday were not delivered in the time frame promised and did not look like the arrangement I selected online.

I sent this to a friend for Christmas and I didn't even know if he received it until much later when he said thank you for the gift. Only communication was did you receive your order, well how do I know since I sent it to someone else. I wanted a notification that it was received by the person I sent it to, not you asking me since I don't know this.
