I wanted to send flowers quickly for someone who lost her grandfather, I had been out of town and had just found out about it, so looked online to see where I could get flowers delivered the same day and found from your flowrrs.com and ordered immediately by **.** am, flowers were delivered by 2:00pm that day. Nice to know this can be done the same day for a small extra fee. The person was so grateful and sent me a picture of the flowers from her phone. They looked beautiful!

Flowers were of poor quality - several were brown-edged and others had petals dropping. I got the deluxe version and there so few blooms I would hate to see what the standard version looked like. Customer service was even worse. I don't know what they think "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" means but they should look it up. If you give me poor product and poor customer service, why do you think I would want a $10 credit for future purchases?
