Horrible experience, ordered he premium package, nothing like the picture, I called, they were short on flowers, so the arrangement looked nothing like expected, cheaply made. I was embarrest when my wife came home with the flowers I sent to her work for our 24 year anniversary... Do not buy from these people, I called customer service, horrible experience, no 100 & guarantee as they advertise.

My overall experience over time has been great and this note is in reference to my last (previous) order. I had paid $5.00 extra for a morning delivery. The arrangement was delivered in the afternoon (after 12:00 a.m.) and I requested a refund for this extra charge. To date, I have not received this refund. I am hereby again requesting for this refund due me.
