Quick, easy, and same-day availability for a surcharge - just what I needed. The service was unable to produce exactly the arrangement I had requested for a next-day delivery, which is not unexpected when you order flowers on-line. I appreciate that the company tried to reach me to confirm it was okay to make a substitution; however the calls and e-mails were sent in the wee hours of the morning when I was unavailable to take them! They did the right thing and proceeded with a substitution anyway. It is lovely (I got a picture!) and I'm satisfied.

Bought a dozen yellow roses for my bestie. They were delivered on time and were sooo pretty :) The price for the clear vase was high, couldnt justify spending an additional $9.00 for it when I can get them all day long at the dollar store. Will order again if vase pricing goes down, if not, it was a great one time gift :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
