I was a little disappointed with the late afternoon delivery knowing I had ordered them on Feb 28th hoping that they would be delivered on March 3rd in the morning. Easy to order. I did not know my mother was going out of town the day of the delivery. Since I gave my mother's phone number, they called her to see if she would be home. She said she was not and a new arrival time was set directly with my mom. That way I did not have to worry if she had received them. My mom loved the flowers!

Quick, easy, and same-day availability for a surcharge - just what I needed. The service was unable to produce exactly the arrangement I had requested for a next-day delivery, which is not unexpected when you order flowers on-line. I appreciate that the company tried to reach me to confirm it was okay to make a substitution; however the calls and e-mails were sent in the wee hours of the morning when I was unavailable to take them! They did the right thing and proceeded with a substitution anyway. It is lovely (I got a picture!) and I'm satisfied.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
