I contacted customer service twice before flowers were delivered. Once to notify that my parents are hard of hearing, and delivery person should not give up if parents don't answer quickly. And second time to notify delivery person to deliver at Sandestin Hotel if my parents were not home. Both times, I received a quick response from customer service, assuring me my instructions had been delivered to local florist. My parents WERE home and received flowers, just a few hours after I had placed the order. They were thrilled and I am extremely pleased with the great customer service and speed of delivery. I did not see the flowers, but my parents report they are lovely. So, a big thank you!
Surprised by that service and handling charge!
Did not at all like that a $15.00 service fee was tacked on at the very end of my order. I already paid for the flowers, the same day delivery fee (there was even another optional fee to deliver within 4 hours of the order placement), and the upgrade fee so really? Was unaware and had to redo my entire order to meet constraints of my budget. Vendor should get into the habit of disclosing ALL costs up front.

Overall great service and value. Would have liked the arrangement to be more like the picture, however I did order the regular size and the picture illustrated the deluxe. Tip: if you want the affect in the picture, you have to order deluxe. Although, it states regular is a similar representation, it is quite a big difference. But overall great value for the price.

Good experience in ordering. The delivery time was great but I didn't think the flowers I received were the size or fullness it should have been for the money!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
