Easy and straight forward - and same day delivery option is excellent! Unfortunately the local florist was out of two of the flowers included in the bouquet and they were both replaced in the order that was delivered to my friend.

NICE EXPERIENCE
I ordered a cheerful boquet, but it is for a death in the family...would liked to have had an opportunity to express to the florist that info so they don't walk in with a cherry "My favorite Valentine" type card, I can only assume my message on the card (with dearest sympathy) will alert the florist that it is for a death.
I was told there wouldn't be a s&h chargers but there were, so disappointed.
Very frustrated at the additional handling costs only mentioned once checking out. Fee for same day delivery, fee for expedited service and then at check out another handling fee! Also, no mention of minimum order on same day delivery until once again you go to check out.

I have used fromyouflowers twice and both times they have delivered the flower selection I ordered on time. I also saw pictures of what was delivered and each time it has looked quite similar to what was advertised on their web page. I am pleased with their service to date.

I scheduled delivery for Sunday but it was delivered on Saturday. I specifically wanted the intended recipient to get them, but someone else signed for them.
