Very easy to order, lots to choose from, and I will do this again if they arrive when scheduled and are as beautiful as on the website. The flowers were not as pictured but they were still very nice and my Aunt loved them!

I wish I had he capability of posting the photo of the substandard flowers delivered. I paid extra for the deluxe, apparently deluxe means deluxe disappointment. The greenery look like it was from a funeral home. The flowers were not cut the same size as shown in the photo online. The wrong vase was used. The only thing they got right was the type of flowers, they didn't even arrange the flowers to resemble the photo online. Stick to FTD, you'll get what you order with them.
