Unfortunately, your advertisement touted "same day service", but your company didn't deliver on the promise. Although my order was placed 8:30 AM, I wasn't informed until 3:30 PM, that the "same day service" wouldn't be available for my order that day. Flowers arrived to the intended recipient one day late. Although I was appropriately credited for the additional charge for the "same day service", I will not use your company again because it isn't dependable.
ONLY site that doesn't "surprise" you with hidden fees and delivery charges and a fee for adding the fee! You also get a discount. I will be back to shop here.

Quick & easy -- good selection and value
I sent a cute Teddy Bear to a young girl who the night before was in a coma. Shawnaun did not make it however her family was so happy to see the bear and Balloon. The reason they were happy is it wasn't from me. I sent it onbehalf of a young man in prison. He had no way of sending anything and he was heart broken. The best part was it arrived on time first thing in the morning BEFORE she past. THANK YOU!
