Your prices kept changing. As I search the internet for funeral flowers, I notice one price. When I went back to purchase the funeral flowers at that price, it was higher. Then I would start my search all over again and the price would go back to the original lower price. Also I received an email from your company offering free shipping but could not use it unless I paid full price for the item.
Easy to shop and great selection. I was mislead by 20% discount on order. It never game me the discounted price. Couldn't use first time customer $10 off coupon I was sent either. I was charged twice for handling even though my items were going to the same address. Not happy with that. Almost deleted order for this. Will look elsewhere in the future just because of that. Check bill carefully. It looks like they are giving you the discount, but check prices BEFORE placing your order and you will see even though they list a dollar amount off your bill. Where is it when you do the math. They make it look like they are slashing the price, but the price is actually what it was listed for. My original order was $51 I didn't get any discounts, and after delivery fees I was charged $91.

I don't like hidden charges. What ever your handling charges are should be mentioned up front so it is not an unwelcome surprise at the end. It can be a deal breaker.
Waiting to charge the "service and handling" fee until the last screen is ridiculous and I feel $** is obscene.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
