It was great and very convenient
Nice selection and reasonable prices. The order was delivered to the funeral home prior to the family viewing time. Nice dish garden, however it was missing the butterfly pick that was supposed to be in it.
The second item I ordered was a satin cross with red roses, which were miniature red rose buds and very nice.

Went well so far. Hoping granddaughter will be pleased with the rose arrangement and bear. Granddaughter was pleased with the roses and bear. Only thing that would of made things nicer, is she received it late at night.

Very easy to use. I like the 20% savings, too, but would have liked to have seen the overall price less for the size arrangement that was received. Seemed like some of the add on fees negated the savings with the 20% off, but do appreciate the same day order was received same day.

This order was sent to my sister in Ga and she informed me when she got it. I hadto pay more to avoid a $34.99 service fee. The order i sent was fine but i would have liked to get another one that was less expensive but i definitely plan on ordering again. Thank you so much

My mother loved the flowers. But she is 81 years old and I didnt realize that she would have to put the bouquet of flowers together. It was hard for her to get it out of the box. Does it say on your website that recipient has to put it together?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
