MY ONLY PROBLEM IS WITH THE $10.00 DISCOUNT OFFERED AFTER I PLACED THE FIRST ORDER. THE FLOWERS/PLANTS OFFERED WERE AT A HIGHER PRICE FOR THE SAME THING AND THE SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEE WAS ALSO MUCH HIGHER, SO THERE REALLY WAS NO $100.00 DISCOUNT AT ALL IN THE END. I FEEL THIS IS A SHADEY BUSINESS PRACTICE AT BEST, AND IT PROMPTED ME TO TO CHECK OTHER SIMILAR PROVIDERS WHERE I FOUND COMPARABLE GOODS AT LOWER COST- SO I ORDERED MY THREE OTHER GIFTS FROM THEM. BETTER, I THINK, TO OFFER NO DISCOUNT, THAN ONE THAT IS FALSE.

Follow up: I had requested the flowers be delivered THURSDAY AM, but the were delivered WEDNESDAY PM! It all worked out, because the recipient was flying in from Canada, and managed and earlier flight.
Web site was easy to use...first time buyer. If my daughter is impressed with the arrangement then I will order again! Flowers were delivered the same day. The final price for the arrangement was much higher than I expected and I chose the "option" for the florist to choose the arrangement in order to keep the gift in the price range I had selected. Still the price ended up being much higher than I anticipated and although the arrangement was nice I could have sent a nicer arrangement for the same money.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
