While the funeral arrangement was not as pictured it was very nice...one other thing one of the names was omitted on the card and 'our' was misspelled as are.
Because it was a group gift, please send a receipt by email...thanks.

Missed funeral, set up delivery to Home address, didn't arrive until a day later, dried vase, NO CARD! Not like picture, Lilies not even open! Shameful! Family flying out a day later, so they gave to me... please see photos... oh, and tracked delivery... they started in Tennessee... Funeral was in MINNESOTA! Where it it 25 degrees outside! Disgraceful

Trying to add balloons to my order

Trying to add balloons to my order. Website wouldn't let me because it was a "separate" order and didn't meet the minimum shipping, even though the cake I was also order met the minimum. Called into customer service to complete the order. Told him my issue at the beginning. We went through the whole process, then he tells me he is getting the same message and is not find a work around. Tells me I need to upgrade to the bigger balloon option. I let him know that I won't be doing that. He must have misunderstood and thought I wanted to cancel the whole order so he hangs up on me. I then have to re-do the entire thing for a third time on your website. Complete hassle, won't be using this company again.

Very easy to use service. Unfortunately despite the fact I paid extra for next day delivery they were not delivered the next day. Very unhappy about this as they were for a birthday 29th February but not delivered until 1st March. Because of this issue I will not use this service again as it didn't do what it claimed to do.

I appreciated the ease of navigating the site

I appreciated the ease of navigating the site. I would have liked a picture or description to show the difference between the regular bouquest and the more expensive bouquets. I would also have liked to know the S&H fee up front as that made a difference and I had to go back and redo the order.

The follow up was actually rather useless as the flowers were delivered to someone in another town so we did not know what time they were delivered nor what the delivered bouquet actually looked like.

That all being said, it was quite easy to place the order and it was nice to be able to place the order after regular hours in a florist's shop.
