My shopping experience was great.
So far so good, I look fwd to doing business again.
Although I appreciated the discounted price on the flowers (received as a "perk" thru my employer's corporate discount), the hefty service/delivery charge added on the last step of my order (after tax and the small fee willingly paid for delivery on a weekend day) came as rather a surprise to me. The person to whom I sent this order seemed pleased and I did appreciate the timely delivery.

The balloon was a smiley face, was supposed to be Happy Birthday. Ordered purple birthday present because it is my daughters favorite color and not much was used in the way of purple. She loved them. But for the price I will think twice before ordering again.

The free shipping order was a great break! Thanks! However, the carnations looked nothing like the picture and I was embarrassed to give them to my wife. I realize I didn't pay a lot for these but I thought the bouquet would include at least a dozen full size carnations. It did not. Most of them were small carnations on one stem and it did not look like a bunch as in the photo. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular for the price. I did expect something more.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
