The flower arrangement was much smaller than it appeared in the picture online. So much so that I had a hard time recognizing it at the funeral. The pricing is very misleading as well. I clicked on "available for delivery today" and then was charged two upcharges to get it there that day. Then upon checkout was charged an almost $15 "service fee," the total was nearly double the original price.

My sister never got her birthday flowers, I called twice to check they told me they would be delivered by 5. I called again at 430 still no delivery and they said there was a mishap that my sister was not getting a delivery. Nobody cared all they could say was sorry! I had to meet her at 530 and had no gift for her 50th birthday I was and still am so pissed off. It was the first time and the last using your service, and I told everybody I knew and they already said yea they are not good to use so you already have a terrible rating from a lot of people! Way to do business! To make it better I was offered a 10.00 gift certificate...really didn't make it better!

The arrangement was gorgeous! The issue that I has was that I paid a little extra to have them delivered in the morning and they arrived a the last possible second at 12:00. I would have preferred they arrived a little sooner.
