The arrangement I ordered (white lilies, white roses with greenery) was absolutely beautiful! It was just like the photo on your website. Actually it was even better than the photo! I live in Chicago and the flowers were to be delivered in PA and due to severe weather in the Philadelphia area (snow, loss of electricity, etc) I wasn't confident that my order would be able to be filled on the requested delivery date, but it was! I was sent a photo of the arrangement and am so pleased! This is the third time I have ordered flowers from your company and all 3 times there has not been one problem and each of the orders were as shown. I don't know how you do it as more often than not I was less than thrilled when I saw a finished ordered, but that has definitely not been the case with your company and I thank you!

Order process:
The same day delivery was received on time ( around 6.00-6.30pm for an order placed in the afternoon).
I received an email on the order, saying the order was delivered. It was a bit confusing as my wife and me were home all along and had not received it yet. The customer care personnel was courteous and understanding and mentioned that email status was because the florist driver was on his way to deliver (didn't quite make sense to me). However, she did offer to send me updates on the order as soon as they had information available.
Service:
We finally received the order around 6.00 -6.30pm. The driver did mention that she had tried calling the cellphone and no one had answered. I'd say a 5/5 for service for waiting a few mins and not just heading back.
Arrangement:
The flower arrangement we received was not exactly on par with what I had expected. Some of the flowers were fresh, but a few were wilted. Though my wife was happy, a lil more care in assembling the flowers could have gone a long way.
Shopping online was ok. Now, you charge a little extra for same day delivery and it didn't happen. I placed the order at 1:30pm with a guarantee that it would be delivered before 5pm yesterday. Unfortunately because of this I would not likely use your services again and would not recommend it anybody. From Longmeadow to East Longmeadow it is only 5 to 10 minutes drive. It is a surprise that the delivery never happened yesterday when it was supposed to. Still you charged me for a service that didn't happen on the day promised.
I got a 20% off code from my job, but once I clicked something the advertisement about free shipping, I was never able to apply my 20% off code. I was a bit disappointed and confused with how the site works. I also ordered a bouquet of only blue irises and what was received was pink and orange carnations, alstroemeria, and stargazer lilies and didn't receive a call or anything about the substitution (which would've been nice, because my mom doesn't like carnations...or those colors, and I don't think it was the same value as what I paid for). I was refunded 20% and given a $15 gift card. The customer service rep was really nice, but more communication with the actual florist would've been nice.
Regardless of the coupon - it always comes out to $** - it would be nice to have a 'real' coupon sometime. Also - it is frustrating not to be able to change/remove items at the last page. I had to go back and back to erase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
