The flowers were beautiful. I was blown away with the quick delivery. However, I was not so pleased with the cost for delivery. I found that cost to be higher than what I've paid with other companies.

Delivery was timely and earlier than later which I was happy with! I did not see the flowers since they were a gift, but the recipient said they were lovely. I ordered a rainbow tulip bouquet and the picture when ordering showed reds, oranges, pinks, yellows, purples, creams. The recipient said they were yellow, purple and red. I didn't mind there were so few colors, but rainbow tulip bouquet makes it seem there will be more variety in color.
I would prefer to know the service fee prior to the submit my order page. It would also be helpful to be able to change my zip code if necessary instead of having to re-do my whole order. There also needs to be an option for hospital delivery.
Delivery was timely and the bouquet arrived exactly as displayed. We are looking forward to enjoying the flowers for a while. You were an integral part of a wonderful birthday celebration.
'Customer service' is great when you need to ask an online question via e-mail. I placed an out of state order with Fromyouflowers and received a good report so I thought I'd try them again for a funeral at a church in our area. We made a special request for delivery within a three hour window, and as I expected, Fromyouflowers honored that request. If we were allowed to print out our orders (to keep a pic of the product), I would have given them a 5 star rating in that area. Good job!
The handwritten card was a nice touch and unexpected. Flowers looked very fresh.

I always think of your company when I need to send flowers. Ordering is very easy and the options making customizing my needs a breeze.
I paid for delivery before noon but she didn't get them until 115...she's happy so I'm happy but if you make that option and pay for it I would expect the delivery to be on time.

Everything was fine on our end, on your end, two florists delivered flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
