Shopping experience was fast and easy, but the only con about it was the extra charge after I placed my order. I paid an extra $15.99 for a processing fee. Wished I would've known about it before applying my credit card info so there won't be any surprises.

Total Price should be shown earlier in process, and ability to edit card should be easier.

Upon delivery, Everything was just as shown, the only issue, other then the ones mentioned earlier, was the size of the heart was smaller then I thought. It might be better to explain the actual size other then saying, Regular, Delux etc.
