Web site would not accept my discount code. I was given some "google organic code" for $**.**. I was supposed to receive free shipping from " coupon cabin code". Disappointed with this.

I ordered the flowers very early in the AM and they didn't arrive until my fiance almost left work in the evening. Although the stated delivery window was until quitting time I expected better delivery so she could enjoy the flowers most of the day at work. Not satisfied!

I love your shop and your arrangements, but I don't like the website. I cancelled my first order because a second item had been 'bundled' with the flowers I wanted. And on the order I actually placed, the delivery fee wasn't added until the very end of checkout. Please be more forthcoming with the total price.

I believe my problem has been resolved. I paid extra for a morning delivery. At 3 in the afternoon I was notified that the flowers couldn't be found and would I like to substitute. The morning obviously had passed. I was told I would be credited for the additional delivery cost but wasn't. I just saw it on my bill and called and was told it would be corrected.
It was disappointing that I asked the recipient of the gift to stay home that morning and the delivery wasn't made and that I had to call to get the bill corrected. On the other hand, my three other orders were filled with no problems.
