The service was fast and reliable, with quality product. The only complaint is I was unaware of the service fees until second to last screen during checkout process.
Easy to use website, nice amount of optional extras
I love your shop and your arrangements, but I don't like the website. I cancelled my first order because a second item had been 'bundled' with the flowers I wanted. And on the order I actually placed, the delivery fee wasn't added until the very end of checkout. Please be more forthcoming with the total price.
I believe my problem has been resolved. I paid extra for a morning delivery. At 3 in the afternoon I was notified that the flowers couldn't be found and would I like to substitute. The morning obviously had passed. I was told I would be credited for the additional delivery cost but wasn't. I just saw it on my bill and called and was told it would be corrected.
It was disappointing that I asked the recipient of the gift to stay home that morning and the delivery wasn't made and that I had to call to get the bill corrected. On the other hand, my three other orders were filled with no problems.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
