Found your selection extensive and very pretty.
In the follow-up survey it was difficult to provide a rating as these flowers were going to someone in the hospital out of state so didn't see them when they were delivered. But the service was very timely as I ordered just yesterday online and ordered delivery for today; the recipient has already called to thank me and say that the flowers are beautiful. I know it gave him a boost to receive them.

The $15 service/handling charge was an unpleasant surprise. That information should be included upfront or in the order details, NOT at the end as if tacked on like tax. S/H costs half the price of the flowers.
