Excellent service. I placed my order at 11:30AM and the flowers were delivered in a couple of hours.
On website they advertised a four hour same deliver time which was provided. However when I checked out there was an added fee which I removed and the service was still provided.

Good selection. Fair prices. The great reviews really help seal the deal. Or so I thought. I sent the Peaceful wishes basket to a friend for his brother's funeral. I asked him to send me a picture of the arrangement when it was received. The florist had free styled a horrible arrangement that was not even close to what I had ordered. It looked like it was for a baby shower. My friend also informed me the delivery driver was unprofessional and flippant. I emailed the company to let them know of the error so that it could be corrected. I was told that the florist could do whatever they needed to to get the flowers out. It was under their substitution policy. I was given a $** gift certificate and told to have a nice day.

Excellent customer service. Very rapid response to order questions via email. Called soon after sending email request, as the order was going to a funeral home and I was afraid that it would not arrive in time if the error wasn't corrected, and it was already done. Excellent.
Experience was a 5 star until I was charged half the price of the flowers for 'service & handling' AFTER I already paid $*.** for same day & *.** for morning service!? Ridiculous & Very Dissatisfied! Would have canceled & went elsewhere but had to leave for work;( couldn't afford this but had no choice!

I gave the wrong address by mistake and was thankful that they called and I was able to give them a new address. Theflowers though weren't delivered to the house until after the funeral so that was disappointing. When I gave them the new address I asked them to please have them delivered well before noon when the funeral was.
