You need to do a better job of disclosing your handling charge up front. It's misleading and I will likely not use your service again for that reason.
My shopping experience was good. I had a descount from my job and still paide more than I wanted too. I fee when you odre on line they you have to pay for service and handeling which was $**.** this is outrageous. I'm already paying expedited fee and same day which I dont mind to pay, but service and handeling. Never again.

The recipient was not home when delivery was attempted and the delivery person had left for the day when the recipient called about it. They set up the next morning for delivery which was quite acceptable to my recipient. The flowers looked very nice
Thanks! My sons girlfriend loved the flowers! I think the only issue I found was right when ordering. I felt there should be a "requested delivery time" option. She is a senior in high school and I would have preferred to be able to designate that somewhere...ie.please deliver after 230pm.

The order was sent all wrong I called customer service and they sent out the very next day the right order to my grandson they took care of business thank you so much I am a satisfied customer!
Every thing was good. Customer service on the was super nice and helpful. My first order could not be delivered. My second order was just delivered at 7:00pm. Still waiting for my credit on the first order :(
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
