The flowers that arrived were not close to what was represented on the website much smaller than anticipated. The presentation was nice. The version I purchased was supposed to be the closet to what the picture portrayed, not the case I was disappointed, luckily the delivery fee was waived with the purchase. I would have been upset even more had I paid it. I won't use this service again, I will contact a florist direct next time.

I selected the price of flower arrangement and at the end it kept upgrading to a higher price. I stopped my transaction and only continued when I received the free shipping email notification. I will have to see what the flowers look like before I can make a decision to reorder from this company.
I selected a delivery date of 1/29, but the flowers were delivered on 1/28. Not that big of a deal because it was not a significant occasion; however if it had been for a birthday I would be upset. The recipient loved the flowers and said they were beautiful,I did not see the arrangement myself. Overall a very good experience,&I would recommend and purchase from this business again.
Horrible HORRIBLE service. I was guaranteed next day delivery and my order didn't make it until four days later. Their communication with local florists SUCKS and they send you false delivery confirmation to your emails when the recipient didn't even getthe flowers. All in all they're TERRIBLE. I wouldn't even give them one star. In fact, I would give them a negative star if it were possible. NEVER ORDER THROUGH FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM!

I ordered flowers that were specifically supposed to be red, white and blue...in honor of my fathers service in Vietnam. He is a disabled Marine. I even made mention of the red white and is for you, Dad. My ma sent me a pick and the flowers look purple. The Pick was supposed to be the Deluxe which shown as example for that arrangement. I only saw one rose white flowers and purple flowers. For the price, I expected red white and blue or a phone call stating they did not have blue. I did not know which flower shop in town filled the ordered...I am ill and going to Mayo Clinic in a week...this was my tank you to them. If I could have driven downtown and picked and had flowers arranged I would have. I am in too much pain for that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
