Easy to order and great selection
I had a very easy time ordering and liked the large selection. It would of been nice to know the shipping costs at the beginning of the order. $** for delivery charge is outrageous. This would be the only thing from keeping me placing future orders. A $** order turned into $**. Talk about price gouging.
I paid extra for a delivery before 12pm. Flowers arrived at 1:30pm. Now my wife won't see them until the end of the day. While the arrangement is nice, I wouldn't pay $*** for this. It looks like the basic package, not the upgraded bouquet I'd expected. Next time I'll go to a local florist and pick out my arrangement in person.

Constantly going back and forth from work discount to email discounts to see which is better. Sometimes one better than the other. Wish it was consistant so I didn't have to keep comparison shopping! Is there a notes section? Last order I made for fresh cut flowers were not like the colors on the website. I gasped when I saw the picture my friend sent to me. I wanted all purple/blue and white. But the arrangement that came had oranges and yellows in it too. I was VERY disappointed! I placed another order and the picture the recipient sent to me did not adequately match the picture on the website. I thought there would be some bloom to the arrangement or a couple of live flowers of some kind. It was just a bland live green arrangement. I could have done that myself! So disappointed...again!
Guess we'll have to see if the flowers are delivered fresh and on time...if so, you're my Flower Guys!

Fromyouflowers.com sprang a $fifteen dollar handling charge at the end of the purchase with no warning, which was frustrating especially when they called the recipient since Fromyouflowers.com did not want to deliver the order for the day it was scheduled. To be fair, it was snowing. But since it was my parents' 30th anniversary I really wanted the flowers to be delivered that day. In exchange for my picking up the flowers they doubled the number of roses I had bought. The arrangement was beautiful. While I appreciate the number of extra flowers and any ill-will is forgiven, I'm not sure I would buy from Fromyouflowers.com again. That however is because of price and the fifteen dollar handling charge for delivery. I would recommend them for their customer service.

I personally didn't get to see the flowers I ordered for my Mom, but my sister did and she said they were very beautiful. Nice to know what I ordered online, was just as beautiful as the picture you had online.
