I thought prices (shipping) were very high and the total wasn't given to me until after entering my credit card info. I was happy to find that the company left the flowers with my neighbor because no one was home when they made their delivery instead of leaving them out in the cold. I was however disappointed in the small size of the bouquet when I had ordered the "deluxe" which was shown with a picture of a much larger arrangement. Beautiful flowers but over priced.

I have never done business with a florist that was so eager to please their customers. After ordering flowers for someone, in a hospital unit that did not allow flowers, FROM YOU FLOWERS replaced the flowers with balloons instead and gave me phone updates along the way. My friend did not make it, but I hope he got a glimpse of the balloons before he passed and that they brought him some momentary joy. I have found a new florist that I will continue to use in the future for all my floral needs.

Seems really easy to pick and order flowers. Just hope they arrive good!

I added the service to have them delivered before noon and they didn't arrive on time. They arrived a few hours later. Other than the delivery timing, they were great flowers

It's absolutely RIDICULOUS that you charge $**.** for shipping/handling. You need to include that info when people are placing their order. I certainly hope that this bouquet is beautiful and reflects the extra cost that I'm paying.
