Great! But a little pricey for a flower arrangement that was not as big as I expected. Also it is misleading to display the premium flower arrangement picture with the regular price.
It ws easy, cost effective and efficient.
The flowers were very pretty! However, the florist put a bow on them that was not shown in the pictures on the website. The bow did not match well and looked tacky. We removed it and the arrangement then looked very elegant.
It was easy and way cheaper than ftd.
Ordering process was easy and details about the items were very helpful. I ordered early in the day and delivery was before noon (even without the additional amount to ensure it). The basket had a variety of plants with white daisies in it. I was worried it would be small even though the dimensions were listed online but it was actually larger than I expected!
It was fairly simple and easy.
I would like "Confirmation" of delivery.

I wish you hadn't put the delivery & handling charge of $**.** at the very end...that was sort of sneaky; after I had invested all the time filling out the order...be up-front! FLOWERS, I AM TOLD, WERE QUITE NICE AND DELIVERED SAME DAY. THANK YOU.
Quick fast, same day, great
Happy, but hoping the flowers are worth the money
The first surprise was the extra $** fee that was not disclosed until AFTER I had given up my credit card info. My order WAS NOT DELIVERED on the day it was promised, despite having paid the additional fee. It was an ANNEVERSARY SURPRISE so timing was just as, if not, more important than the item itself. I was asked if delivery was ok for the following day (late). I informed their customer service it would only be ok, if the order was delivered in the morning. They PROMISED me it would, so I agreed to proceed with the order. It ended up being delivered at 4:00pm, after the recipient was gone. Seller only offered to take refund $* from my $** order for the screw up (twice). Further dealings with customer sevice got me $** dollars back. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR A SPECIAL OCCATION. I FEEL SWINDLED. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I hope you dont make the same mistake as I did.

I spoke w/Customer service to make sure they were aware of special office hours & could accommodate w/delivery. The Rep was very cordial & able to handle the task. I do not know what the arrangement looked like but am hopeful it is close to what I ordered & happy they next day & same day delivery are options!
Great flowers all are alive and fresh and on time
I order very colorful flowers for my sister BD,picture I saw on website,and she got completely something different I was very disappointed.

The ordering process was excellent. The two separate orders of flowers were delivered on time. The flowers were delivered on a Tuesday. First viewing was on Thursday. In between the flowers wilted to the point where our son called us from MD where we sent the flowers to tell us how bad they appeared. We do not know if it was the funeral home's fault or the way the flowers were delivered; therefore, we cannot criticize either one.
I did not request your expedited service and I removed the charge. If the charge showes up on the final order. If you alter the charge from what I agreed to, I will cancel the order. I've only authorized $**.**.

Great prices and very friendly representatives. Online order. Although they were unable to deliver my same-day order the same day (ordered at 2:30 and cut-off for same day was 3:00 pm), they promptly called me to advise they couldn't deliver til next day, dropped the $*.** delivery charge and upgraded my order to next size. Was very pleased with service and apology-offers. Will definitely use again! Thank you for friendly and professional service.
Handling charges are kind of expensive. And you dont see them until you are about to finish order. All orders seem to be high priced from the start, not much room to work with except going up in price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
