The arrangement received was not the same flowers and color that I chose from the site. It was a pretty bouquet for my Mother-in-laws Birthday, but I expected for the price payed, it would have been stunning.

It was fast, easy and convenient with using the site. However, the site did not allow you to select a delivery time or give additional information or details for the delivery. The driver had to call me because when she arrived the business was not opened.

The flowers turned out great, though the vase was not the same bright yellow (just glass). I made a typographical error in the address so it went to a neighbor and didn't get to the intended receiver until 9:30pm. That was my fault though, not yours.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
