For the price, the orchid was below average in quality. Beggars can't be choosers on short notice. It was OK at best; however, for a $** orchid, it should be pretty nice. This a good service in a pinch but would not use again if I have time to plan.
I did not feel my arrangement match the level I ordered. It appeared to be the standard, not the middle level.
Great website, the flowers were relatively inexpensive, only an additional $*.** for same day delivery, very satisfied with my purchase.
I appreciate getting the flowers, balloons and Teddy Bear to my mom in the hospital as quickly as you did. I was somewhat disappointed with the appearance of the flower arrangement as well as the ribbon on the vase. The flower arrangement looked somewhat cheap and the ribbon looked like it was crushed in a box or something. I have no problem spending the $***+ but only if the end product is high quality. Great service though (timeliness of the delivery).

I think your service charge is misleading. There is no mention of the service fee until I have entered my CC info. Then when I leave, you sent and email offering to waive the service fee, but then you remove the 20% discount I had through google. Very Misleading. 1st and last time.

LOVE the ability to search by color! I just put in "green" as a search and found the perfect arrangement with green roses & a green vase.
$** handling fee is outrageous. That fee should be discussed before the ordering of any flowers, not after. The picture I chose had more flowers in it than what I received. It showed a dozen or more flowers. It was delivered with 5 flowers. I wanted what was in the picture. Paying $**+ for five flowers is a rip off. $**+ for the pictures flowers would have been reasonable. Basically, the price didn't match the advertisement.
On a positiv note, it was delivered within four hours, as promised and paid for.

Your handling fee is ridiculous...
Processing was a little high, but overall easy to use.
1. Product not delivered on time
2. Product not the one I ordered
3. Selection was nice, but considering what I ordered and what was received I will not use you again
4. Prices were fair.
5. After checking in on the order I was told it would not be there at all on the same day. Luckily it somehow made it in the afternoon.
6. Disappointed, but not the end of the world.

Just recently heard from whom I sent an arrangement and was told it was absolutely beautiful
My only issue with placing my order today was that when the delivery date was wrong I was unable to edit it without getting completely out of the payment area. I had to close the browser tab, reconnect to the site, and then go to my cart. In the cart, I was able to edit the delivery date, but then I had to fill out everything (delivery address & billing details) again to process my order.
I understand that the product will not be exactly like the picture but the plain more sophisticated tea cup and saucer were replaced with a printed coffee mug.
I was suppose to get next day delivery and I got it 4 days from date of purchase. It was on time thankfully for the funeral, but it was not the plant I ordered according to the picture shown when I made my purchase. Was not pleased.
Much quicker and easier to order flowers than the other popular sites. Also much cheaper
It was a shock to see the order total was $**.** more than expected. I would have appreciated earlier warning that a shipping and handling charge would be added. Also when the flowers arrived they were not hand delivered but shipped and some were frozen. Not the best for flowers going to a hospice resident.
