Saved over $** from buying this from FTD! I ordered florwers from FTD for the same person and they were never delivered. I am still pending the refund. Used your online same day and you guys also did not deliver them. When I called to complain you gave me a discount and upgrade and gaurenteed me the next morning delivery. They were not upgraded as stated but the recipient never knew any different. She loved them. I would try you one more time but IF there were any issues that occur again I would not ever use or refer you again. Its not always about the cost rather the service and product. I am willing to pay the extra money to be certain that the overall experiance is beneficial for all parties.

Was looking to send a plant basket to a friend who is in the hospital, in Florida. Fromyouflowers.com had the best price online, for local or national websites. I could have bought an FTD coupon on Groupon but even with that savings, I would have paid $* more through FTD for the same plant basket!
I did pay an extra $*.** to have it delivered to my friend on Sunday (wasn't sure how long he'd be there), but didn't pay the extra $*.** for delivery by 12 noon. He received his plant sometime before 3p - he was out of his room for about an hour, having tests done. He was surprised, I was pleased, and everything went smoothly. I'll be ordering from fromyouflowers.com again! Thanks for the timely and professional service! :)
