Very easy and wonderfuly same day service
Was looking to send a plant basket to a friend who is in the hospital, in Florida. Fromyouflowers.com had the best price online, for local or national websites. I could have bought an FTD coupon on Groupon but even with that savings, I would have paid $* more through FTD for the same plant basket!
I did pay an extra $*.** to have it delivered to my friend on Sunday (wasn't sure how long he'd be there), but didn't pay the extra $*.** for delivery by 12 noon. He received his plant sometime before 3p - he was out of his room for about an hour, having tests done. He was surprised, I was pleased, and everything went smoothly. I'll be ordering from fromyouflowers.com again! Thanks for the timely and professional service! :)

They have lots to choose from,beautiful flowers,and good prices.I had asked for my order to be delivered on Sunday.I received a call Sunday and the lady I talked to said they no longer delivered on sunday in my area.That was fine with me I understood.I had told her my sister was in the hospital.She has H1N1 which is the Swine influenza.Well I got a call from my sister:)She got her flowers and balloons on Sunday!IT MADE HER VERY HAPPY :) I am so thankful for that! God Bless the lady that did that for my sister! They will get all my orders from now on and I am telling all my friends and family as well! THANK YOU!
The bouquets looked NOTHING like the pictures. They were not as full as pictured, which I paid extra for. And I wasn't pleased with the way the flowers were arranged. Also, I thought that charging shipping/handling on both items was a little much, considering they were ordered & delivered together.

I paid $62.00 dollars & have not received anything yet. I received a confirmation email stating that my order has been delivered but the call center has no idea where my order is at. My address & unit number were listed correctly on the order. Horrible customer service! I paid the same day delivery fee for nothing. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift. So disappointed. I will keep everyone posted.
The arrangement was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than what appeared on the website. Very disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
