I would've liked to know that there was a Handling fee from the beginning. Also, the flowers I ordered didn't look like what the picture said they would. However, they were still beautiful. They just weren't in the same colors. I also bought the Premium package and it didn't seem to have any additional flowers/size to what was pictured in the basic package.
My flowers were delivered to my sister for her birthday, which was on a Sunday, since the florist was closed on Sunday they delivered on Saturday, my sister was very please with the freshness of the flowers and how beautiful the arrangement was. I just found a new florist which I will be ordering from in the future. Thanks for making my sisters birthday special.
It is hard for me to pay much for flowers, and I was hoping to find a better price than what I paid, but this site had better pricing than some others I looked at. Also, I was ordering last minute from another city, trying to make sure I could get flowers to a memorial service, this site got the job done well, so it's hard to ask for more than that, and so I can understand some of the high cost when doing things last minute. My friend who received the flowers said thy arrived in plenty of time for the service (I chose to include the expedited morning delivery just to be sure they'd get there) and that they were very pretty. Thanks FromYouFlowers for coming through even with my late order.

Also the item I picked said Godiva Chocolates, but recipient received another item. That should be made clear on the website when choosing. The person I sent the flowers and candy to loves Godiva and that was one reason I choose that item. However, flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, and he liked the candy that was delivered.
