The shopping experience is very easy. Ordering online was fast and simple. Same day delivery is great. But be prepared, product pictures and what you receive can be vastly different. I ordered an arrangement that had red roses, purple alstroemerias and purple monte casinos. When it arrived, it had red roses and pink monte casinos and that was it. I understand there might be "some deviation" but it was supposed to have 3 types of flowers and only had two and one of them wasn't the same color. They could've added "something" in place of the third flower to make it fuller but it was quite skimpy after paying for the "Premium" size.
Service and handling charge seems a bit high! Service was great! Flowers arrived within four hours of order time. Have not seen them yet but everyone tells me they are beautiful. Thanks for helping me brighten the day for mom.
Will definitely use service again in the future. Only thing I would suggest is maybe an option for us to specify delivery time frame to avoid a missed package.but overall very pleased with next day delivery and price!

My sister-in-law (who is going through the recent death of her mother) could not recognize the plant (which was specifically to be a PEACE plant - with significant meaning that the hope was she'd FIND peace)... and she seemed to think the plant was not of good quality (or implied such - the death of a parent is a harsh time- anyway...) MY hope the Florist tried to do their best... I TRIED to do it locally - online and kept falling into the FTD loop - long gone are the days of calling a florist - telling them your needs & KNOWING their love of flowers/plants and artistry - will demand of them to produce the BEST... IT is what it is... maybe flowers are just getting to be too old fashioned and we need to find another way to convey our sympathy?!

The order received had some yellow flowers instead of the purple-pink ones- not the roses- and they looked fine but weren't the color in the picture. Overall nice display and the recipient loved them.
