It has been good overall

It has been good overall. I have ordered from FYF 3 times already and the experience has been positive.

First time: A friend of mine who got the flowers was extremely pleased, but i never got to see the flowers to compare to the picture on the website and see how close it was. (Tampa)

Second time: I ordered the delightfully pink arrangement. It was everything i expected but pink (too many white flowers). My GF was still very impressed and some of the bulbs bloomed after 3 days, making it even more beautiful. Miami

This time i was truly disappointed: o ordered two different arrangements, one for my fiancee, and another for a friend. Neither of them had any wow effect to them. They seemed small and empty. Maybe My expectations were too high to be matched by a small town florist. Tallahassee

My next step will be going in person to a florist and personally select an arrangement. I wont be ordering again from FYF unless I absolutely have no other option.

P.S the handling fees are a a real turn off.

I sent a teddy bear and balloon gift to my niece who was in the hospital. I am in Massachusetts and was sending this to Colorado so I was concerned about timely delivery and quality of product. It was delivered when promised and was exactly what I expected it to be.

No hidden fees (so far!). Usually get to check out and find out shipping and handling cost more than the arrangement. Assuming I'm not charged more than what I see on the confirmation page -- and assuming arrangement is as beautiful as your picture -- you have my business for life!

Needing details after paying with paypal is frustrating, it should just be done after paying with paypal.
I was also surprised by the all of the shipping/delivery charges at the end of the order. There was not indication at the beginning of the order that the shipping would be another $**.
The bouquet was bought expedited and was delivered withing a few minutes of being late.
The bouquet, while pretty, seemed to be quite a bit smaller than I was expecting from the picture.

Ill stick with ProFlowers from now on.

Site could be easier to navigate when trying to send to address other than oneself. Took me a bit to realize I had to create an account and enter names and addresses into a "fromyouflowers" addressbook. But, customer service was very courteous and helpful when I called them.

My mother enjoyed the flower arrangement.

It would be helpful to show the added "service fee" in the total cost -- before the customer gets to the end and gets the surprise of nearly $** at the last moment. I ordered an arrangement and was given a total amount of $**, but when I got to the end of the payment in "PayPal" suddenly the charge was $** and I had to stop and call customer service to find out what happened! I still ordered the flowers, but I thought it was deceptive to sneak in the service charge at the last moment of checkout.

Only thing I'd suggest is ability to edit order while reviewing & difference between delivery today fee along with guaranteed delivery fee in next four hours...Thanks!
